CAN I SEE AND PICK UP THE ORDER IN THE SHOP?
We are an online shop and we can not offer a physical shop experience. All the gifts orders can be placed online and delivered to your address or directly to the door of your recipient.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?
We deliver only in Hong Kong SAR, and the delivery fee is fixed at 70HKD for one box. After 650HKD of the bill, delivery is free of charge. For multiple orders (more than 4 boxes in one order) we will contact you with the shipping price estimated by weight.

Packages are posted with regular shipping (arrive in 2-4 business days) unless you choose express shipping (arrive in 1-2 business days) at check-out. For express shipping, a fixed fee at 200HKD will be charged per box.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Upon receipt of your payment, gift boxes typically ship within 1-2 business days. For big and corporate orders shipping timeline can vary.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Please allow at least 1-4 days for delivery to the Hong Kong address. You will receive an email with tracking details when your gift is shipped. If you need your gift on or by a specific date please email us at info@podarona.com and we will work with you to make it happen!
We are not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery so on. In these situations, Podarona will try its best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.
DO YOU SUPPORT EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
All gift boxes sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Thanks for understanding!
PLEASE DON'T INCLUDE THE RECIEPT WITH THE PRICE IN MY GIFT BOX.
Don't worry about that. We never insert a hard copy receipts in the gifts , unless you ask for it.
CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM GIFT BOX FOR ME?
Yes, we are happy to work with you on a custom gift! To learn more about our custom and corporate gifting process, please check this page or send us an email at info@podarona.com. Totally custom, branded gifts - minimum order is 20 pieces.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept major bank card systems (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), as well as PayPal via secure payment system integrated in our website. You can also pay by FPS, Payme and bank transfer (choose "manual payment" option at the check out to see details).
HOW BIG IS THE GIFT BOX?
The gift box is 23x23x8cm for your reference.
I'M SCARED THAT THE PRODUCTS MAY MOVE AROUND THE BOX AND BREAK DURING SHIPPING. HOW IS IT DELIVERED?
All items inside the box are securely packed in a great amount of shred filler (crinckle paper) and are not moving during delivery. The gift your recipient recieves looks exactly the same as you see on the website when you order it. All gift boxes are shipped out in custom fit mailing cartons padded with craft paper for extra protection.
